Functions and tasks

  • Conducting experimentation in the field of food procressing in pilot scale;
  • Consultation of investment, design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, operation of processing line; transferring technology in the field of food processing and biotechnology;
  • Prodution, import, exprort of agricultural products, food products, bio-products and other chemicals;
  • Design and manufacture of equipment in food processing; 
  • Research, development, application and transfer of technology in food processing;
  • Training technicians, experts for food processing industry;

  • R & D on traditional spirit production technology from sweet potatoes (2009);
  • R & D on analysis, evaluation & improvement the effective of  national role in management of food hygiene in food processing chain (2009);
  • R & D on extraction of rosmarinic acid from Vietnamese perilla and its application in functional beverages (2010);
  • R & D on production of herbal drink from perilla and hibiscus flowers (2012);
  • R & D on high Isothiocyanate content products processing from watercress to procedure functional food  (2014);
  • R & D on synbiotic production from sweet potato soluble fiber and its application in functional food (2014 -2016);
