Functions and Tasks

 

  • Research on technology and equipment for wastewater treatment in food industry and others;
  • Research on application of biochemical technology in foodstuff & agricultural products processing;
  • Consultation, designing, and technological transfer of wastewater,  gas & solid waste treatment;
  • Consultation on waste discharge permits, waste registration, hazardous waste management, & etc.

  • Study on production technology of bioproducts decomposing vegetable & animal oils and fats in wastewater of food industry (2007);

  • Study on dairy cow feed complement production technology (2008);
  • Guidance for application of cleaner production in dairy processing plants (2009);
  • Study on stabilizer production from starch utilized in dairy processing industry (2009);
  • Research and development on technology & equipment for biomodule production in sewage treatment of food industry (2006 -2009);
  • Assessment of environmental pollution in dairy industry and building of regulation draft on environmental controll in  Vietnamese Dairy (2010);
  • Research on technology of protein-rich dense corn milk production (2010);
  • Study on technology of glycoside-rich Luohan juice production (2011);
  • Support for farmers to access biotechnology in coffee production & consumption chain and to enhance the competitiveness of Vietnam's coffee products (2012);
