  •       Research on technology of gamma-ozryzanol extraction and refinning from rice bran oil;
  •      R & D on technology of black garlic production and related products such as black garlic powder, garlic black paste, black garlic chocolate;
  •       R and D on the technology of  instant tea powder production from raw tea in Bao Loc;
  •       Research on the application of enzymes in white pepper processing to improve quality and lower the production cost;
  •       Study on fungi biomass production and its application in fermenting tofu curd in small and medium scale;
  •       Research on the technologies of palm wine production and distilled spirits;
  •       Research and improvement on technology and equipment to produce rice distilled spirits in Ben Go (Dong Nai province);
